Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- All tags and protective covers must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Air Beds and Inflatable Beds (unless defective)
- Camping Cooking Equipment that has been used
- Batteries (all types)
- Any items that are personalized or custom-made
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to return your camping gear:
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number
- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- Package Your Item – Securely repackage the item in its original packaging
- Ship It Back – Send the package to our return center (we’ll provide the address)
- Get Refunded – Once received, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days
Exchange Process
Need a different size tent or camping accessory? Here’s how exchanges work:
- Follow steps 1-4 of the return process above
- Include a note specifying the replacement item you’d prefer
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return (you’ll only pay any price difference)
Shipping Costs
- Defective Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
- Exchanges: We cover shipping for the replacement item
Refund Information
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Timing: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
