We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and protective covers intact
- Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Air Beds and Inflatable Beds (unless defective)
- Camping Cooking Equipment that has been used
- Batteries (all types)
- Personalized or custom-made items

Exchange Process
Need a different size tent or camping accessory? Follow the return process above and:
- Include a note specifying your preferred replacement item
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- You’ll only pay any price difference
