All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

2.3 Product Restrictions

Certain items (air beds, used cooking equipment, batteries) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless defective.

• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days)

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4.3 Receiving Your Order

Please inspect packages upon delivery. Report any visible damage to the carrier immediately and contact us within 48 hours.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging with all tags attached. Some items are non-returnable (see 2.3).

5.3 Refund Details

Follow the return process and include a note specifying your preferred replacement. We cover shipping for exchange items.
